Warranty Claim Form

The guarantee applies to the aspects of material, structure and finishing.

There is a lifetime guarantee under which claims are only possible on the basis of a valid receipt. If the claim is approved by SoSkild, a replacement product will be supplied by post. In the event that the product - for whatever reason - is no longer available, the purchase amount will be refunded. In all other instances there will be no entitlement to a refund.

Exclusions

SoSkild's guarantee scheme does not include damage to the smartphone and neither is SoSkild liable for the costs incurred for any smartphone repairs which are caused by our products. Neither does the guarantee scheme apply to discolouration of the material nor screen protectors.

The guarantee scheme is subject to the following conditions:

• Official sales outlet warranty is expired
• Purchased from an official sales outlet
• Guarantee claims via online form at soskild.com (so not via the store)
• Only if the rejected product is returned
• Delivery costs payable by the consumer
• Receipt / bank statement and pictures of the product send via email to info@soskild.com
• Damage occured during normal use
